Bill's Wheels is a great little skate shop on Soquel Ave. in Santa Cruz, CA. In a close-minded community of yuppie pseudo-intellects who love to gaze at art in galleries and hate seeing anything "deface" their community, Bill's Wheels defies the norm and fights opposition to keep a legal wall (3 full sides of the store!) in operation. The wall is completely redone every month or two, with artists and crews traveling from all corners to paint this monster. Much respect goes out to Bill and his loyal employees (BWS).
