A partnership of Hathaway Family Resource Center, the Center to Increase Community Organization, The R.O.C.K. Teen Center, Franklin Adult School, and the Glendale Adventist Medical Center.

NELA CTC Mission

To foster inter-personal, inter-organizational and electronic connectivity among the residents, businesses and organizations of Northeast Los Angeles.

About NELA CTCs

NELA CTCs are part of a Federally funded program intended for the Northeast Los Angeles Community (from Lincoln Heights, north to Eagle Rock) to increase access to technology and develop greater job skills for its residents.

The CTC network consists of three computer laboratories, located at:

Free and low-cost classes are offered at the three sites, all with the goal of increasing our communities’ technical and software skills, for personal, occupational, and recreational use.
