Northeast Community Resources
Coordinating Council

Education Task Force
Mission Statement:
"Our mission is to assist all community children and
youth to attain high levels
of personal and educational success by integrating community resources."
Our Objectives:
All residents of the Northeast community have access to
resources that
promote lifelong learning and long-term economic self-sufficiency.
Northeast students are prepared in their early childhood and
encouraged during
their school years to be academic achievers who will attend college.
The Northeast is a "digital corridor" that provides
access to and training in the technology
that engages residents in community affairs, offers educational opportunities,
and
produces workers with viable skills for the new hi-tech, global economy.
